TRAINING
Regular certification and progressive safety skills help instructors and students respond confidently when accidents happen. First-aid awareness is built into the club’s coaching standards and student development, supporting calm, practical action when it matters.
Instructor standards
CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS
All Total Self Defence instructors and assistant instructors complete a first-aid course every three years. The training covers essential first aid and life-saving response.

SKILLS FOR STUDENTS
By green belt, students are introduced to basic anatomy and resuscitation techniques so they have practical knowledge to draw on if an accident occurs.
